Thank you for shopping with Fallstreak. This Shipping Policy explains how your order is processed, produced, and delivered.


Order Processing Time

All orders are made to order using a print-on-demand service.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days
  • This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging

Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays, or high order volume periods.


Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • USA & Canada: 4–10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 5–15 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the destination and local postal services.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available).

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the system.


Delays

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Postal or courier delays
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Weather conditions or unforeseen disruptions
  • High seasonal demand

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to investigate the issue.

If confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.


Customs and Import Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.


Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, as production begins quickly after that time.

Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
