Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. All of our products are made to order. Because each item is created specifically for you, we have a limited return and refund policy.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size ordered by the customer.
• Buyer's remorse or change of mind.
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
• Minor variations in colour or placement that may occur during the printing process.
• Orders placed by mistake.

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs showing the problem.

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us.

Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfilment partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

• The item arrived damaged or defective.
• The item received differs significantly from what was ordered.
• The order cannot be fulfilled and must be canceled by us.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.

Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not offer exchanges for incorrect size, colour selection, or customer preference.

If your item is defective or incorrectly produced, we may offer a replacement instead of an exchange.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.

After production begins, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
